Ayala Avenue Corner Makati Avenue at Night

I was thinking of taking pictures around Makati with a DSLR in tow but I know fully well that overzealous security guards with their "old school" security mindset will prohibit me from doing what I like best.

I might as well try to be friends with our building administrator so that I can apply for a permit to shoot at the rooftop :)

Wish me luck!

  5. Hi tutubi,
It's good to know you also posted at MIP for quite sometime. The server is already okay so you can visit there again. You need to re-register...

What is more funny in Makati or in any other place thus far (including Marikina Riverbank and Araneta Center) that prohibits taking photos is that they don't allow the use of SLR which security guards most of the time refer to as "big camera" while users of compact cameras are free doing the shooting spree...
That's the reason I have my 2.0 megapixel mobile phone camera, Hahaha...

You manage to capture the glorious Makati in its best. This is what I wanted to capture if I get the chance...

Judging from your vantage point.

Hehe

I wonder, with these glimmering lights, can you still see the stars at night in Makati?
