How to Get to Obando, Bulacan: Map, Commute, Directions

For married couples wishing to have a child or curious tourists who want to witness Catholic faithful dance to the beat of "Santa Clarang Pinung-pino," here's how you can get to the Bulacan town with three patron saints celebrating fiesta on May 17-19.

How to Get to Obando, Bulacan:

Commute to Obando, Bulacan:

The fastest way to get there from anywhere in Metro Manila is via the LRT Monumento station where jeepneys to Obando, Bulacan waiting at the jeepney terminal at the back of Puregold Monumento and Victory Mall. Jeepney fare is around PhP25.00

Driving directions to Obando, Bulacan:

from Manila, the easiest (not the fastest) is via Rizal Avenue (avenida) and from anywhere else is via EDSA (again, not the best route as there are always shortcuts) to get to Monumento then take the Samson road exit at the busy roundabout (from EDSA, it's the second exit, first is MacArthur Highway, second is Samson Road and third is Rizal Avenue.). Drive along Samson road, pass UE Caloocan campus then turn right at Sangandaan Market to M.H. Del Pilar (other landmarks: Mercury Drug to your left and Shell and Caltex gas stations at the other corners). COntinue on M.H. Del Pilar until you reach Panghulo where you choose Panghulo road (the left road on the fork after the Shell gas station after crossing Tinajeros Bridge) going to Obando Church (San Pascual de Baylon Parish Church) if you continue along M.H Del Pilar you'll reach Arkong Bato and Polo Church, part of Valenzuela City.

If you're coming from the north via MacArthur Highway or NLEX, the nearest town is Meycauayan, Bulacan.
