anonymous, i can emphatize with you, i don't think informal settlers should live there and then demand for relocation as if the government's fault that they're poor. it's the partly the government's fault alright but most of the blame should be on them. i was poor once but my family struggled to get out, particularly on education and without any vice. not rich now but at a comfortable level than before.

To maximize the load capacity of the trains and to ease the burden of the commuting public, I would suggest that PNR take the seat of of coaches 2 & 3 to accomodate more passengers. If Pnr couldn't solve their "late" schedules, this is one solution because commuters tend to "accumulate" if the train is late. I think standing for 45 minutes from Tutuban to Abalang isn't that burdensome.

Para makarating sa lugar na di nagpapaypay

    Ang isip ay sadyang malikot
di pwedeng ihayag ng walang takot

Kumikilos ang iba, tulala naman ang isa
    Usapang makabuluhan, tsismisang walang katuturan

I saw in other websites there are already trains in tutuban yard like the emu203 (a commuter type of train parang dmu pero green ang stripe, yung Kiha59 na luxury coach type white/Gold/orange ang color, and Kiha52 na walang aircon pero may ceiling fan.

Pwede kayang maglagay ng poster o signage sa bawat station na ang coach no. 1 is only for Female, Senior Citizens, Children and PWD.

Yun pong side going to Tutuban ay may temporary stairs/stiles. Pero wala po sa kabila.

I call riding PNR an 'adventure', specifically DMUs traveling from Tutuban to Alabang and vice versa. The DMUs are always at maximum capacity, passengers are stuffed like sardines in a can. I can't forget that one time an inspector yelling on passengers while pushing them inside the coach, 'Ganyan talaga, gobyerno eh!'

Ive been to most places in asia, i could say that their train system is really very usefull.
